Regular Check-ups, One should get annual physical check up to make sure everything is as it should be. Get enough sleep, exemple : i can sleep 8hour or 7hour but never 4 or 5 hour because it’s not good for my body. i can do exercise ( for muscle, body or health)
i must Eat healthy food and sometimes i can eat fast-food restaurant but not every time because, again, it’s bad for the health.
Do not skip breakfast because it’s importante to eat the morning, Because I start my day working, so if I don’t eat, I can have problems afterwards.
Drink plenty of water. The water is very good for the body and for every things so for one day, i must drink 1L of water.
Do not take stress. the stresse is bad and yes it’s difficult to calm but it’s not good to for the health.
