Explications:

C'est simple,il faut identifier qui fait l'action et pour quoi ou pour qui.Dans la première phrase c'est Neil le sujet du coup pour le mettre à la forme passive tu inverse .

1. inversion du sujet

The students in Porto ( ça devient le nouveau sujet)

2. tu mets le verbe au participe passé et tu utilise l'auxiliaire avoir au temps utilisé dans la phrase original ç-à-d taught ( participe passé) et are ( auxiliaire avoir au présent puisque teaches c'est au présent)

3. Finalement tu ajoute le sujet original et tu lie à la phrase avec 'by'
