We can see in the drawing that the autor wanted to mocking brithish people because ; in the little text we can read that 2 british guys are talking about the brexit and they are talking about the fact that they are exited about it ( get tou of Europe ) so the country can finally be totally "british" , the autor wanted to say that they werent free in the E.U . We can also see that those british guys have a baguette and a bag of croissants under their arms while standing across an attach of a bakery . This drawing mean that british are the first to wanted they country "back" but they are using thing that aren't english and unecessary for living (like the baguette and the croissants who is french ) .
