1. Miss Etienne asked Mandy if her name was Mandy or Amanda Price
2. She answered Miss Etienne with Mandy
3. Miss Etienne wanted to know if she had any previous experience of working in a publishing house
4. She answered that she listed the names of the firms and that she worked for on page three of her CV
