Sagot :
Grandad: I am so happy to see your face again. It has been months! Come and give a hug to your grandad.
Grandson: Hi Grandad! You look rested. I am glad to see you in such good form. Looks like you have been keeping in shape during my absence!
Grandad: I have been playing golf with my old friend, George. I thought I would try and beat you on the golf course despite my old age.
Grandson: I didn't bring my clubs with me. I thought you would give me a hand with my WW2 school project.
Grandad: We can do both if we manage our time well. You could borrow clubs from George. We can go on the practice and chat. I want to hear what you have been up to!
Grandson: What a great idea! I have so much to talk about and would need some advice.
Grandad: that would be a pleasure to help you if I can. Tell me more.
Grandson: I was wondering what was dad like at my age? He has been giving me a lot of pressure lately and I doubt he was the perfect son himself.
Grandad: Let's get some fresh air together
Grandson: I have been waiting for this day for months. It has been too long since our last outing together.
Grandad: there are many times I thought your father would be the end of me. (smiles) and he turned out to be a fine man.
Granson: I would like you to remind him of that. He doesn't seem to understand my generation and only talks about school and homework. I wish he inherited some of your character traits!
Grandad: I wasn't as laid back in those days you know. Parents always worry for their children. You are in the middle of your teen years and close to being an adult.
Grandson: You were probably more mature than I was.
Grandad: not really. We didn't have all the technology that your generation has. We were mature in some aspects but there were hard times as well.
