10^n x 10^m = 10^(n + m)
10^n/10^m = 10^(n - m)
(10^n)^m = 10^(n x m)
Numérateur : 10^5 x 10^(-9) = 10^(5 - 9) = 10^(-4)
Dénominateur : 10^(-13) x 10^3 = 10^(-13 + 3) = 10^(-10)
Tu as donc 10^(-4)/10^(-10) = 10^(-4 - (-10)) = 10^(-4 + 10) = 10^6
Enfin : (10^6)^4 = 10^(6 x 4) = 10^24
