First and foremost the first and essential thing I will have to tell they my friend is that education is important, reason why is that , if you travel to the western countries, won't you work to earn some money? won't you pay your bills won't you take care of your health? but you can't do that without a job. And also no company or organization will want to employ an illiterate. So from my view l think the friend of yours need to focus on his or her education.
