2. I don't think that only the Black community were affected by these new measures, but other ethnic groups that immigrated or stayed in America like Asians.
3.The enforcement of this law doesn't end racism, but a stepping stone to it. A thing such as racism is really big, its acts are engraved in a lot of people's mind and it can't end just by enforcing a law that equals the right to vote, but I'm not saying that it doesn't do anything, it does a lot as well, but not as much as to end the whole act of racism.
