Personally, I think that maybe if teachers and schools didn't put so much pressure on grades and bad grades maybe students would become more and more motivated to want to work and succeed, I also think that if we were made to work on what we are really interested in, we might already look sleepy or tired in class, Thirdly maybe less hours would be a bit more ideal, but this is just my vision of the ideal school
