Hi Conrad, I hope you feel a little better, I just want to send you some happiness, because I think it can be hard sometimes to have this kinf of parents. I know you're worry because you want to spend more time with your friends and bcause of the restriction of your parents you can't. You maybe think they will leave you. I hope they don't, but if you want, I'm here for you.
You can maybe try to negociate with them, you'll do the dishes, or other think to help them in their daily lives. It might work.
