Teenagers from the past are very different to current teenagers, and we are going to enumerate the differences between them. Firstly, teenagers did not have as much entertainment as the current generation, with smartphones, internet. Speaking about smartphones, teens from the current generation are way too connected, staying on their smartphones during dinners instead of talking with their families. Teenagers in the past were talking a lot with their family and cared about them all the time ! We can illustrate the past generation example with a painting, for example "Freedom From Want" by Norman Rockwell, showing a family having a great Thanksgiving dinner. We can also say that teens from this generation are way too spoilt ! Unlike the last generation, where teenagers did not have as many gifts, or pocket money.
