Jesse Owens had 3 (tree) sisters and 7 (seven) brothers. he was born on September 12, 1913 and die on March 31 1980 with 66 years. Jesse Owens moved to Cleveland Ohio at the age of nine to have opportunities, as part of the Great Migration. At the school is new teacher asked him for his name to right it in her note book.
Jesse Owens said J.C, but the teacher understood Jesse. So his name became Jesse for the rest of his life. Jesse Owens worked in a shoe shop after school , throughout is life he realised that he had a passion whit running.
