II faut compléter avec "must" ou "had to"
Must est un modal qui exprime l'obligation.
Il ne peut pas se mettre au prétérit.
Au prétérit, il faut utiliser son équivalent : had to
( Dans l'exercice, il te suffit de repérer le temps ( présent ou prétérit ) pour savoir si tu dois choisir entre must ou had to )
a. You’re late! You must hurry up!
b. It was difficult. I had to learn a lot of pages by heart.
c. Look, it’s raining, we must go home now.
d. A dog attacked us: we had to run very fast.
e. The audience was calling the actors: Scarlett had to sing another song.
