Hi kids I'll give you 5 tips for eating healthily.
- Eat to your liking, nothing more.
- Do not remove a healthy food category.
- From time to time, restrict your caloric intake, especially with the practice of intermittent fasting.
- Adapt your food intake to your level of physical activity.

- Recette / recipe:
- 2 leek whites
- 50g Roquefort
- 200g semi-complete flour
- A dozen nuts
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 15 cl oat milk
- 10 cl olive oil
- Salt, pepper
- preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180oC.
- Cut the leeks into strips and fry in olive oil.
- Cut small pieces of Roquefort. Chop the nuts coarsely.
- In a bowl, combine flour, yeast, salt, pepper, then add eggs, milk and oil.
- Then add the leek, cheese and walnuts.
- Put the mixture in a buttered cake tin, then bake the cake for 30 to 45 minutes depending on the oven.
Remove the cake from the oven and wait for it to cool to remove and taste.
