3: The technicians have minimised energy and water consumption and have also respected quality, hygiene, safety and environment. They have yet not done the installing, maintaining or adjusting of air conditioners and the heating systems and gas equipments. on the photos A and D we can see that the people are cold, which leaves us to believe that the technicians haven't worked on the heating systems or the adjusting of air conditioners.
4: Precise, cautious and serious are the three main qualities for a technician. If the technicians have all those qualities then that means that what they will have fixed or adjusted things properly and therefore done their job the way they were supposed to do it which then leaves the customer satisfied.
5: La dernière question est personnelle et elle demande est-ce que tu voudrais être technicien et il faut justifier la réponse. Je ne peux donc pas la répondre. Néanmoins, si tu veux une réponse demande moi en commentaire en détaillant si tu veux voudrais être technicien non.
