Life on Earth has ended. 97 years ago, a nuclear war destroyed
all living creatures on the planet. Humans now live on a space
station named The Ark. Most of them have never known life on
Earth. The time is critical. The Ark's life support systems are
failing, and the authorities have decided to send 100 juvenile
delinquents back to Earth. Their mission: find out if Earth is
habitable again. The teens arrive on a beautiful planet they have
only seen from space. Confronting the dangers of this new
world, they try to form a community. But they discover that
some people - the "Grounders" - have survived the war. The
teens quickly understand the grounders are hostile and that
they must band together in order to survive...
