The document introduced is a drawing , it was drew in 1957 by Jose Domingo Ulloa , this document is titled " Racism /Incident at Little Rock . In fact we can see in the middle of the picture 5 black people surrounded by white sharks , these sharks are actually shouting at them and they're very scary. Despite of that , the lady and 4 children whom are dressed in a very cute and clean way , they don't pay attention to those scary creatures and they try to keep their calm . These people are holding books , so we can think that they are going to some establishment in order to get some education. Knowing that this took place in the 60s in Arkansas which is located in America, we can say that it's highly related to the Jim crow laws , indeed the Jim crow law was a very racist policy that didn't allow people of color as well as black people to be treated the same way as white people . Moreover most of white people didn't do anything and were careless about the racism going on , we can deduce that the white sharks are actually white people at Little Rock sending hate to these black people because they were trying to get some education, something that the Jim Crow laws didn't allow to them
