A possible title could be "The technological crisis", as the document is inferring that technology is a sort of disability to humanity.
2) This document is clearly emphasizing the negative aspect of progress; showing that humans are less aware of their surroundings, and are also pushing away social activities, as seen in this example with the presumed couple.
