In my opinion, One of the biggest advantages to a teenager having a mobile phone is the ability to call an emergency service in case of an accident . They also can find where they are when they lost their way because almost all mobile phones have GPS location technology,allowing parents to know where their children are.
And also cell phones allow teenagers to keep in touch not only with their friends, but also with family members, schools and emergency services.Mobile phones also enable teenagers to download course lectures, lesson plans and other applications designed to aid in education.Cell Phones also allow teenagers to search something they need everywhere and everytime.
All these ideas are good but we forget the disadvantages mobile phones have electromagnetic waves which can affect teenagers health .The effects of this radiation on brain rhythms can result in headaches, loss of memory and trouble sleeping.And a lot of teenagers play their mobile phones everywhere,in school ,in car,on the bed.That is very bad for their study.
