les questions tag correspondent à " n'est -ce pas ? "

Si la phrase est affirmative, le tag sera négatif

Si la prase est négative, le tag sera affirmatif.

Tag se compose : un auxiliaire + un pronom

pronom : I / you / he / she / it / we / you / they

a. The Wilsons went to the cinema last night, didn't they?

La phrase est au prétérit, il faut utiliser l'auxiliaire du prétérit "did"

The Wilsons = they

b. Ann, their daughter, was with them, wasn't she?

La phrase est au prétérit ( la'auxiliaiire du prétérit est "did" mais attention :

il s'agitt du verbe "was" ( be au prétérit ). Be  a la particularité d' être aussi un auxiliaire ... donc, on l'utilise .

c. They saw a very good film, didn't they?

d. Ann's seat was very bad, wasn't it?

Ann's seat = le siège d'Ann =" it "
