the new york liberty is a women's basketball team they played for New York City in the WNBA their connection to history is the statue of liberty which also appears on their logo one of their most famous player is coppie pondexter but the team is very talented because they had arrived 4 times in the final of the WNBA but had won 0 titles which is a shame but other than basketball the new york liberty are not only a basketball team they alson want to help our planet that's why they participated in the green week
