Je pense que l'on devrais devenir végane car la préservation de la planète est notre santé devenir végane est là solution .
Ne pas manger de viande,ni de poisson,ni de produits laitiers est le meilleur moyen de lutter contre la maltraitance envers les animaux et donc la pollution .On peut débuter par réduire d'abord sa consommation de viande par exemple comme manger 1fois par semaine de la viande plutôt que tout les jours c'est déjà un bon début ! .Car lorsqu'on devient végane on arrête enfin de contribuer à cette souffrance insoutenable .Devenir végane c'est pouvoir supprimer la viande le poisson ,les œufs ,les produits laitiers et remplacer tout sa par des fruits et légumes vous allez retrouvez une meilleure alimentation ce qui est bon pour votre peau .
Vous voulez perdre du poid et devenir sec et bien arrêter la viande car c'est bourré de graisse la viande est contaminé par beaucoup de produits nuisibles à là santé comme les excréments et le sang , à chaque fois que l'on mange de la viande on mange des bactéries , des antibiotiques ,des hormones et beaucoup de toxines source de grave problème .Donc devenir végane c'est protéger les animaux , mais aussi protéger notre coeur ,notre organisme et notre santé en général
