voici ma réponse: The candidates must have ten signatures from students (in the same class).
They have to go to school on the time every day.
Finally, they are obliged to report to the principal's office on August 30th (before 3pm) our presentation.
Je ne suis pas sûre que le mot presentation soit le mot adapté car je n'ai pas assez de d'informations.
