I am Mr Marshall, I am here to denounce this situation, considered contrary to human rights! It is outrageous that little black and white children are separated in public schools! Some black children have to walk for miles to get to 'black kids' facilities when there are facilities nearby but unfortunately are dedicated to white kids
I cannot express how appalling the situation is that elementary schools are separated in several towns in Topeka Kansas! This segregation is the norm in 17 other southern states! Do you find this normal? Do you find it normal that little Linda Brown is refused enrollment because of her skin color in a school attended by white people?
Segregation at school is unconstitutional! When will mentalities change? which argues that no state can "deny everyone within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the law. »That segregation violates the equal protection clause of the fourteenth amendment to the constitution! which argues that no state can "deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the law.
All I ask, me and many parents of black children including Linda Brown, is to end this segregation among young children! This situation
can no longer continue! Racism is born from hatred since childhood! We must educate our children to respect each other despite the difference in skin color! We want to be treated equally! We want our rights, what is most normal for human beings!
