In 1945 she got a doctorate an physics-chemistry at Cambridge in the United Kingdom
during her career she has worked as a Chemist, biologist molecular physicist, biophysicist, crystallographer, University professor, geneticist
it also worked for the protection of civilians from air raids (bombings) for the organization called the Air Raid Precautions located in London
she discovered anthrax and viruses and contributed to the discovery of the molecule's double helix structure (ADN)
she died on April 16, 1958 in Chelsea
