Bonjour,
In 1645, Edinburg had a terrible epidemic of PLAGUE. This terrible illness was very contagious and FATAL. The city authorities QUARANTINED the infected street, Mary King’s Close. The quarantine didn’t stop the EPIDEMIC ; 9,000 people, over 30 percent of the population, DIED of the plague. In 1753, the city authorities built Edinburg’s new TOWN HALL above Mary King’s Close. People said GHOSTS lived there. The street’s most famous ghost is Annie, a little GIRL who was quarantined in the Close. Today people VISIT the Close and leave Annie some TOYS and sweets. Recently, a ghost HUNTER spent a night in the Close. He made VIDEOS and took PHOTOGRAPHS of an old’s man head. Just the head!
Explications :
