Many French students dream of going to study in Canada. And for good reason, the country has several high-level establishments, most of which are home to many foreigners. Here is the selection of L'Express.1. UNIVERSITY OF TORONTO

Excellence in research

The University of Toronto is the most reputable. Located on three campuses, one of which is downtown, it is home to about 70,000 students and ranks 19th in the Times Higher Education2015-2016 ranking, with excellent research scores. Its library network is the fourth largest in North America, after Harvard, Yale and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. The offer of courses is plentiful, and the "U of Te" welcomes 15% of foreigners. For the latter, the registration fees are relatively high - from C$25,944 to C$32,075 per year at the undergraduate level, and from C$17,730 to C$24,464 for graduate programs.

2. UNIVERSITY OF WATERLOO

Focus on learning

Located in Canada's Silicon Valley, a two-hour drive from Niagara Falls, it is Canada's largest engineering faculty. A broad spectrum of curricula is offered in "co-op," the Canadian learning system. It allows you to gain professional experience while continuing your studies, and being paid!

3. UNIVERSITY OF ALBERTA

Technology in the heart of the Prairies

The 100-year-old has a French-language faculty on the Saint-Jean campus that offers programs in languages, fine arts, social sciences and education, as well as a French-language residence with individual rooms (about 100 places). But on its three campuses in the heart of Edmonton, the provincial capital, you can study law, medicine, pharmacy and many other subjects in English. The institution is known for its research in nanotechnology.

4. UNIVERSITY OF MONCTON

A pillar of the French-speaking world

Located in New Brunswick, the University of Moncton is spread over three campuses in Edmundston, Moncton and Shippagan. The teaching is exclusively in the French language. The establishment is a pillar of French and Acadian society. It is recognized, in particular, for its international common law centre, which trains lawyers in French. The Moncton campus is also home to the province's only French-language medical school.

5. UNIVERSITY OF OTTAWA

Bilingualism in the spotlight

"U of O" is the largest bilingual university in the country. You can choose to study in both languages. Nearly 450 programs are offered to some 45,000 students, 10% of whom are foreigners. Located in the heart of the federal capital, the university offers easy access to the country's major institutions.

I hope I have been able to help me, feel free if you have any questions :)
