First, let's analyze. On the left, there is a young man standing against a wall. He wears expensive shoes (150$), loose t-shirt and loose jeans and also a cap ! This scene takes place in the U.S.A (it's written in the top, on le left) He's doing nothing, and just like the writing says, he's unemployed.
On the other hand, in the right we can see a woman wh'os working. She seems really exhausted and we have the impression that she could faint at any moment ! She wears just a simple dress and has no shoe. This scene is taking place in Indonesia. She has a "lots of work". She is sewing clothes and shoes. And behind her we see a pile of shoes box from an expensive and famous brand.
This drawing denounces the difference of lifestyle and wealth of each. We can clearly understand that the young boy did not do much to obtain these shoes, while the woman had to work hard to make them. It's her job, it's difficult, but that's how she can make a living. The boy seems to have an easy life, a life where he can buy some expansive shoes without doing anything. This woman works everyday to gain money, and she doesn't even wears shoes. That's not fair. But that's how it works, unfornutanely.But I know there is a solution, there's always one.
