tu n'as pas précisé mais je pense que c'est prétérit simple...

Hello there

My name was /ou /  is Arnold Palmerstone. I worked as an accountant in a bank. I lived in a small bungalow Norwich with my wife Deirdre and our two daughters, Florence (who was eight) and Prudence (who was six). I got up every morning at six o'clock and did my daily morning exercises before breakfast. I  always went (ou / I did always go) back home for lunch but I always had dinner with my family  after going jogging. I had to keep fit  because my job at the bank was not very easy and required a lot of energy.

juste 3 choses

* My name was... ???? je pense que je laisserai le présent > My name is... Il s'appelle Arnold que ce soit dans le présent ou le passé. Il se présente (au présent) puis décris ce qu'il faisait... À toi de voir...

* I do always go back home for lunch > s'il n'y a pas de fautes de frappe, qu'il y a bien "do", alors c'est une phrase emphatique affirmative et "do" sert à insister sur l'action. Donc on ne met que do au prétérit = did. "Go back" reste à sa forme Base Verbale.

==> I did always go back ....

S'il y a une faute de frappe et qu'il n'y a pas "do", alors ==>

I always went back....

* I'll keep fit = tu as écrit I will keep fit ?

Dans ce cas je transformerai "I had to keep fit"

Bonne fin de soirée ☺☺☺
