Give the value of the simple present tense in the following statements.
My mother goes to church on Sundays.
(go+es) => because of the 3rd p. sing.
On emploie le présent simple en anglais pour parler de faits rémanents, habituels, et de vérité générale.
The present simple is used to talk about general truths, repeated actions that never changes, like permanents facts.
....which means here, that every Sunday, mother goes to church => it's an unchanging action....
