explications:
il faut conjuguer les verbes au preterit:
I was, you were, she/he/it was, we were, you were, they were.
Donc quand c'est en singulier on utilise "was".
et quand c'est au pluriel (plus qu'une chose) on utilise "were".
Et pour les verbes on ajoute -ing, exemple: eat---> eating .
