2)I think that because it is associated with health risk such as respiratory diseace,cancers and other problems

3)The causes are consequences from the humans behavior,throwing scraps,junks and trash in the ocean

4)as said previously cancer, respiratory diseace,neurological disorder and cardiovascular diseace,also species being endangered

5)the environment protection agency who uses the Cwa Law that control water quality of the waterways

6)use less packaging and increase the use of cardboard than plastic and be more respectful of the environment
