il est trop tard pour que je puisse t'expliquer pour chaque phrase (et je ne suis pas sûr à 100%)
prétérit=> pour des actions passées, terminées. Il peut y avoir des marqueurs de temps comme "yesterday", "last week, summer .." "ago".
On sait que c'est vraiment du passé.

present perfect => une action qui vient d'être accomplie => n° 22, 13, par exemple. le reste de la phrase est au présent....
avec les adverbes "already", "not..yet", "never", "ever", "just"
avec les expressions "so far", "up to now"...
Ce sont des actions passées mais toujours en lien avec le présent. Elles ne sont pas terminées ou sont en lien avec le présent
