il faut l'écrire sous la forme h(x) = ax + b

h(x) = 2x - 3 + [(6x - 5)/3]

     = 2x - 3 + (6x)/3 - 5/3

     = 2x - 3 + 2x - 5/3                    (on simplifie par 2)

    = 4x - 3 - 5/3

   = 4x - 9/3 - 5/3

  = 4x - 14/3

c'est bien une fonction affine :   a = 4   et   b = - 14/3
