b. (-2)^3 = (-2)x(-2)x(-2) = -8
c. 9^-2 = (1/9)x(1/9) = 1/81
d. (5/4)^3 = (5/4)x(5/4)x(5/4) = 125/64 = 1.653125
Exercice 2:
A = 5^2+5^3 = (5x5)+(5x5x5) = 25+125 = 150
B = 3x(1-3)^5-2^2x(3+2) = 3x(-2)^5-4x6 = 3x-32-24 = -96-24 = -120
Exercice 3:
C = 45x10^12x4x10^-26
= 45x(1x10^12)x4x(1x10^-26)
= (4.5x10^13)x(4x10^-26)
= 1.8x10^-12
