For foods, you should eat many vegetables and fruits, fish and even meat. But do not eat fast food, sugary foods like candy or even soda. It’s very bad for you, you will gain weight and maybe even develop illnesses if you eat too much of those.
To be healthy you’ll need to work out often, doing cardio or yoga are great. Going out for walks and fresh air is also wonderful. Getting enough sleep at night is one of the best things to do for yourself.
If anyone struggles to find healthy foods, here’s a recipe for a fruit salad, very simple to make. Here’s the ingredients:
⅔ cup fresh orange juice
⅓ cup fresh lemon juice
⅓ cup packed brown sugar
½ teaspoon grated orange zest
½ teaspoon grated lemon zest
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups cubed fresh pineapple
2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
3 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
3 bananas, sliced
2 oranges, peeled and sectioned
1 cup seedless grapes
2 cups blueberries
