At Google there are many advantages but also disadvantages such as the fact that the employees are incredibly well fed. They are offered free breakfasts, meals and even dinners if they stay late. Coffee and fruit juice are also available. The biggest downside to Google is the fact that most of the people who work there are overqualified for their jobs, recruiters don't set the bar very high because of the strength of the brand, pay and benefits and the very positive culture of their company.
