Explications :
Pour exprimer ce que Laura a fait hier, il faut utiliser le prétérit simple qui équivaut au passé du présent simple. Le prétérit simple sert à exprimer des habitudes, des récits...
Pour les verbes réguliers, il se forme en ajoutant le préfixe -ed au verbe voulant être mis au prétérit.
Ex : I visited the Louvre Museum last summer.
Pour les verbes irréguliers, eh bien il y a une liste de ces verbes à apprendre. :)
Ex : To go ⇒ infinitif
Went ⇒ prétérit
Gone ⇒ participe passé
Pour les phrases interrogatives ou négatives, on utilise l'auxilliaire "do" qu'on met au prétérit ce qui donne "did". Et on lui rajoute le mot "not" pour les phrases négatives.
Ex : Did you do your homework?
No, I didn't. (did not)
