1) Yes in France there is speed limit and on motorways it's around 110km/h

2) Usually there is only 2 but sometimes in crowed place there is 3

3)Honestly it depend of the driver, in general they do but a lot of people don't really care unless police is nearby or if there is a traffic light

4) In France metropole it's self service station but for exemple in guadeloupe in a lot of place people serve you

5)It depend where you are, if it's in a city yes because in general you have no other choice

6) In the majority of the place yes, even in the campaign
