I'm writing this letter to express my disappointment with the quality of service from your company!

I booked an new mobile phone on thr websibe of your company did not only came it didn't came to delievered me!

Despite having rain, the expedition would be still successful if your company had some backup plans.

To make the matter worse, the facilities at the hostel were equally disappointing with table tennis and a pack of card without a swimming pool, library or sauna as in the advertisement. In addition, the quality of the food was virtually unsatisfactory. I must express my concern about the fact that the variety of food offered by the restaurant was utterly low.

I would like to hear your reaction to all this, and I expect to receive an apology from your company.
