Mr. Gaving was one of the most genuine individuals that one could meet. He
always carried a warm smile on his face. He reached out to greet anyone
with a ‘hello, how are you’ when students arrived at school and knew their
names! He assisted with supporting teachers in their classrooms. Mr
Gladding also managed school activities. As a Guidance Instructional
Specialist, there were times when he stopped in to model and encourage
appropriate behaviour for our students.
