1) Mum, dad, daughter n°1, daughter n°2, daughter n°3, daughter n°4 and the brother of daughters n°1/2/3/4 (because if they are daughters, the brother is the brother of them all) . There are 7 people in the family.
2) The doctor is his mother because the boy is her son but the mother isn't his father (because she is his mother).
3) The three people are a grandmother, a mother (the daughter of the grandmother) and a daughter (the daughter of the mother).
