It was a hot, sunny day as Marcus walked along the new road to Washington. A few steps ahead of him were other walkers who just like him thaught that Washington was ther new land. Ther was still much way to be done but nothing could distract them from there hope in that destination. At night he would try to find a little house where he could sleep in peace, but for now he had to march,march,march and still march.
Lunchtime came and passed without Marcus having anything to put in his belly. His only thought in mind was : Washington the place where I will be able to get unough money for my mother, brother and sisters.
