I'm doing intensif skate every day, so I am a skater.
How to describe this sport, this art... I already struggle to name skate so imagine If I had to explain it.
Skate is mainly about sensation, the happiness of progressing and sharing our passion, the mere joy of riding in the street while listening to some music. The adrenaline we feel in a bowl or a rampe, this feeling of flying when the board turn beneath our feets during a nice trips, or just the wonder of a nice oli...
Skating is not like every sports, it is creating, various, artistic, esthetics, motivating, relaxing, mobile, practicable every where as long as there is some asphalt and most important it can be chill or extrem.
As you can see, in my opinion, there is no sport better than skateboarding
