How was your birthday?I hope it went well .Am really sorry about me not attending your birthday but please give me a chance to explain myself.You see ,i went to the supermarket to get the drinks that you had asked me to bring and i didn't find any of them because they were sold out,so i decided to instead go and look for them somewhere else.While i was on my way to the supermarket,the bus broke down and we were told to wait for fifteen minutes but i assure you that we waited longer than that.When the bus finally came ,it was already late.But i still didn't forget how important your birthday was,so i organised a little surprise for you.I remember you told me how much you love the opera so i bought two tickets for this weekend in order to patch things up.I am really sorry for what happened.Can you forgive me?
