Jessica is a 16 years old Canadian who lives in Toronto. The problem that Jessica has is her addiction to her smartphone since she finds it entertaining and funny but it takes her a lot of time until it became an addiction of her even though it may look captivating and interesting or relaxing she shouldn’t use it so much that it becomes unhealthy. she should use it less and go outside or read for her own good, she should talk with her friends instead of keeping the phone it can be given to the parents as a start of her journey away from, it may sound annoying but it is absolutely better then just checking her messages so much and waste her day on scrolling through social media.
