When I first read Uncle Tom's Cabin, I was a child and I didn't
know anything about slavery, I had no idea slaves were so badly
treated. I was appalled to learn that most slaves were separated
from their familjes by their masters.
Hopefully, some were helped by people who were called
"conductors" but then, they were hunted down with dogs.
Well, I do recommend this book as it is cleverly written and I
hope this novel will be studied by generations of pupils.​
