Banawine, is a mixture of banana and wine. The concept was created after an encounter in Martinique with some people from a village. It was during a wedding and it happened with pure hasard. I mixed a banana with a wine from this beautiful island and the mariage between both is ecstatic. It is like eating an exotic fruit with some flavors that remain in your mouth for days. the texture and softness of the banana transport you to another world. Once you eat it you feel like it is never enough. It becomes one with yourself. you feel like being in heaven on earth.
