Sagot :
Bonjour
Même si tu n'étais pas là, ce sont des bases que tu dois apprendre si tu veux vraiment parler anglais un jour...
BE (être) au présent au prétérit
I am was
you are were
he/she/it is was
we are were
you are were
they are were
EXO A
1- I was late at school yesterday ?
2- Were you thirsty after the race ?
3- He was pleased to meet you.
4- Was your father very angry ?
5- They weren't (were not) American !
6- Mary wasn't (was not) at school last week.
7- My neighbours were at the supermarket yesterday.
-
EXO B
She washed her dog last Monday
She didn't wash her dog last Monday.
Did she wash her dog last Monday ?
We went to Sydney two years ago.
We didn't go to Sydney two years ago.
Did we go to Sydney two years ago ?
Au prétérit, il faut utiliser l'auxiliaire DID (prétérit de DO) pour les interrogations et négations.
forme interrogative => Did + sujet + Base Verbale + compl. + ?
forme négative => sujet + did + not + BV + compl.
Bien sûr, BE étant un auxiliaire, on ne se sert pas de l'auxiliaire DID (exo A)
On se contente d'ajouter NOT après BE pour les négations et d'inverser BE /sujet pour les interrogations.
-
EXO C
conjuguer les verbes au prétérit simple
1- She drove....
2- They didn't phone me...
3- Did you take a lot of...
4- He didn't learn his lesson.
5- I watched TV ...
6- Did they enjoy the party ?
7- I forgot my book at home.
8- She carried her suitcase alone.
9- They stopped playing when we arrived.
Une règle à connaître pour les doublements de consonnes, comme "stopped". Lorsqu'il y a une suite "consonne/voyelle/consonne" ou si tu préfères une voyelle entre 2 consonnes à la fin d'un mot, on double la consonne
EX :
fat => fatter
big => bigger
swim => swimming
stop ==> stopped
begin ==> beginning
travel ==> travelling travelled
sit => sitting
-
EXO D
Poser les questions sur les parties soulignées
1- How long ago did your parents buy a new car ?
2- When did Tom write you a long letter ?
3- Who sent you a nice present for your birthday ?
Avec "WHO" lorsqu'il est sujet du verbe, on n'emploie pas d'auxiliaire..
4- What did you sell last Saturday ?
5- How did you travel ?
6- Why was your brother in a hurry ?
-
How long ago => durée
When ==> quand (moment précis)
Who ==> qui
What ==> quoi
How ==> comment
Why ==> pourquoi
sauf avec WHO lorsqu'il est sujet du verbe (n°3), et exception également de BE (n° 5), on utilise l'auxiliaire DID + sujet + Base Verbale.
