Explications :

Le prétérit est un temps utilisé pour parler d'évènements TERMINÉS, datésdans le passé

Formation du prétérit simple:

-verbes RÉGULIERS: base verbale + la terminaison ED

ATTENTION: bases verbales qui se termnent par un E: on ajoute juste la terminaison D.

exemple: base verbale= die =>prétérit= dieD

- verbes IRRÉGULIERS(ceux de ta liste): au prétérit ils ne se terminent PAS par ED =>il faut malheureusement les APPRENDRE PAR ❤️ (pour le prétérit, c'est la deuxième colone )

EXEMPLES différentes situaions (j'ai rangé les personnes selon le modèle français):

BE au prétérit:             Forme affirmative d'un verbe régulier:  

I was                            I visitED

you were                     you visitED

he/she/it was              he/she/it visitED

we were                      we visitED

you were                     you visitED

Forme négative d'un verbe ( on utilise l'auxilière DO conjugé au prétérit):        

I DIDN'T VISIT

you DIDN'T VISIT

they DIDN'T VISIT

Forme interrogative d'un verbe (on utilise l'auxilière DO conjugué au prétérit)on place l'auxilière AU DÉBUT de la question:  

DID I VISIT?

DID you VISIT?

DID he/she/it VISIT

DID we VISIT?

DID you VISIT?

DID they VISIT?

(si on ajoute un mot interrogatif, on place l'auxilière APRÈS)

exempl: When DID she VISIT?

ATTENTION: dans les deux derniers cas (forme négative et interrogative), seul l'auxilière au conjugué!!!!!!!
